HI All:
I just bought a Sportline HRM. I can set a timer on it to estimate my calories burned and heartrate. Should I just set the timer to run all day each day so I can get my accurate reading of calories burned?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to get an accurate reading to help assist with how many calories I really should be eating.
Thanks in advance for your help!
