Hi Everyone! I have been on my fitness pal for just over a week. I really like it so far. Although I find it very time consuming. I am off for the summer and am hoping I can keep up with it once I am back to work. I have struggled with my weight most of my life, but went through a "skinny teen period" I started gaining weight again, when I got my first car when I was 19 (stopped walking), quite smoking, gained weight, had kids, gained weight, forgot about myself and focused on kids, gained weight!!!!! lol. My kids are now teenagers and I have more time to focus on me, so I am hoping I can finally lose the wieght. I lost 30 pounds before joing MFP using body by vi. Now I want to learn more about portion control and lose at least 60-80 more pounds. Looking for friends in a similiar situation
