I am new to the site:smile: . Trying to stay focus and loose some weight. My problem is snacking...I love chocolate and I also love chips, especially while I am at work. Any healthy suggestions?:happy:

    Fruit and veggies are great. Almonds are one of my favorite munchies.

    The 100 cal packes are awesome! They have chips and crackers, and now you can even get the cupcakes. I love cake!

    Welcome! Glad you found us!! Fruit and nuts make great snacks too - I will sometimes make my own 100 calorie packets - ziplock baggies are my friend - with crackers or whatever is around the house I like to snack on. If I don't portion it out . . . trouble! :laugh:
