New to MFP

Hello, this is my first week of starting my diet once again. Being that I tend to fall off track, yes I'm one of those that does good for a while then tend to get too comfortable and get right back to my old bad habits. I'm from San Antonio, and interested in friends for motivation and encouragement. I've started dieting & exercising about a year and a half ago but on and off, when I first started I was @ 190lbs. My goal weight is according to my height and body build which is 135lbs, I came very close to reaching my goal. I hit 143lbs and then life happened yea obstacles that we all deal with but I must admit I turn to FOOD for comfort and not just any foods my preference SWEETS! So now I'm @ 160lbs......which me luck and I would really appreciate any support on helping me reach my goal and maintaining it as well.
