Making a new start..

Hello!

Saying hi in here as I'm starting my fitness thing on my own! None of my friends are bothered.. in fact take it upon themselves to hinder my progress lol.

A little background:

Just come back from a year away travelling where I was in the best shape of my life.. I've been home for a month and put on 8 pounds in a very short period of time.

I have about 6 weeks now (specific deadline..) to get to 92kg.. that's about 6kg lost. So a short but intense sesh!

Hoping this little effort will encourage me to keep it going in the future though!

Lot's of time to spare to exercise! My downfall is lack of will power with food and alcohol!
