No but I do 10 minute solutions DVD's. Not sure on results as I've done it alongside 30 Day Shred.0

Have yet to see any great success story by anyone doing 8 minutes of exercise a day.

I'd bet doing 3 sets of 5 on backsquats would be an adequate 8 minute workout for some difference...0

I think it really depends on how much fat you are carrig around those areas. It doesnt matter how toned your mucles are if they all are covered by a thick layer of fat, all result is invisible.0
