CW: 157 lbs(71.5 kg)
1GW: 141 lbs(64 kg)
2GW: 132 lbs(60 kgs)

I started July 17(Gym(cardio and weights) and a very healthy diet)
i noticed a very slight difference in the top half of my body but i was just wondering how much its going to take if i keep up a 5-6 workouts a week routine and a very healthy diet. Im making a healthy lifestyle and not just being skinny for a few months.

Ps. a lot of people have already noticed my weightloss even though ive been bloated because of my menstrual cycle
My BMI says healthy but i was wondering if you think im overweight or anything(my feelings wont get hurt;)
