Very easy tasty and low cals
• thinly slice 1 squash and 1 zucchini (i save half for a latter use so i can eat it fresh)
• add squash's to a pan,
• cook till reaches desired doneness i add a little olive oil at this step
• add some basil either fresh or dried and mix well
• sprinkle a little cheese over the squash and allow to melt
• serve and enjoy!
You can use the recipe tab under food to figure out the cals for the cheese and/or oil you use and how many servings you make out of it.

I do this as well, but I add garlic, onion powder, black pepper and a tiny sprinkle of parmesan cheese. I cut the squash to about a 1/4" thickness so It keeps up some of its crunch.0
