Anyone on here done Slim in 6 or Turbo Jam?!

I am on my third week of doing the hybrid of both of them and I am not seeing much results if any!!! I watch what I eat, I am not a freak with it thou. For example if i want to have a piece of chocolate I won't deprive myself from it. However, I stay within my calorie goal of 1400 and I NEVER eat my net calories back. Just wondering when anyone really starting seeing results or if these programs didn't do much for you? I figured doing the hybrid I would see results by now!? HEEELLPP!!
