What To Do...What To Do If..................

Okay so I have recently lowered my body fat % down 10% since starting to calorie count and workout at least 6 days a week. I still want and know I can lower it even more. The problem is my boobs, well I think it is going to be a problem anyways. They haven't gone down in size at all and I know that they have one of the biggest impacts on my body fat %. Like I said I know I can still lower it some with the measurements staying the same in my chest....But should I be worrying about it? Will I always have a higher range body fat % if they don't change? Should I still be concerned about my health (because of a high body fat%) if it is obvious that is what the higher body % is mostly coming from?
