how to maintain weight?!

if u have reached ur goal weight or not... how would u maintain ur weight and not gan it back ?
i mean, how often would u exercise? like less than before or what ?
in a restaurant, whats do u order instead of french fries?

    just keep eating healthy... do 30mins of exercise every day

    order salad or veggies instead of fries.

    Have a cheat day every now and again... dont stop yourself from eating the things you love. just dont go crazy :)

    I've been maintaining for like.. 8 years. I still order salads at restaurants, still never get dessert, etc..

    I'm working out 5-6 days a week lately, but I've probably averaged about 3 days a week over the entire time I've been maintaining.

    It's a lifestyle, really. People who eat whatever they want and don't work out and manage to stay skinny are lucky, but that's really not a realistic goal. You're either born like that or you're not... and since you're here, I'm assuming you weren't.
