Chicken, tuna, eggs, beans, soy protein powder, I eat it all. I am trying to keep my salt and fat down, so is there an easier way to get more protein into my diet with out going over my fat and salt? Feel free to look at my diary, its open. Thankyou:happy:

Kashi Go Lean breakfast cereal has 13 g protein per cup
Flat Out sandwich wraps have ~10 g per wrap
Also, check out these protein bars online called "The Simply Bar". They are low cal, low sugar, low fat AND dairy and gluten free +15 g protein!0 -

If you don't want any salt or dairy in your protein powder, then I would recommend doing vegan protein powder. A lot of it tastes really good, you just need to mix it with berries and the like. There are third party review sites like http://veganproteinpowders.net that are helpful in assesing which ones are good and bad.
I always have at least one scoop a day, and I think it was really helpful in loosing weight. Good luck!0 -
