Cold hands!

Ok I've always had cold hands (and toes) my mum always said 'cold hands warm heart' closely followed my 'oh god don't touch me!' I've been using my exercise bike for almost two weeks now and that's more exercise than I've done...ever. my toes are warmer but my hands are colder than they used to be... why?!

I live in the tropics, it never really gets cold!

Have you had your thyroid checked? Seems to be a symptom affiliated with that.
