So I understand the calorie intake - but if you happen to be under on calories, but go over in protein or carbs does that mean you'll gain weight? How do the factors affect one another?

  • Hi,
it's the same for me, it seems that I not eat all my exercise calories, i am under for the carb and fat intake, but over for protein. My doctor says its ok, as long as I dont' have any uric acid problems (this is caused by high increase of protein). just do a blood test, and let the doctor advise you. Show him your meal plans, and he can help to make the necessary adjustments :)

Hi there and thanks for your reply! I'm one of those lucky few without healthcare right now, so anybody have any idea what affects it has on weight loss?
