Take the weight off my shoulders... No, really!

Hey everyone, I'm just about 18 and 185lb looking to get down to 165 or 170. I'm tired of not being able to run as much as I know I should. I've got a family history of heart problems - might as well be prepared! I've lost 35lb since January 2011 and I'm hoping I will reach my goal before I'm too into college.

Anyone out there with a similar situation? Add me as a friend? :)
