Okay, so I came back about a week and a half ago, and I've been going strong, under everyday, and being healthy...
Today, I was at work, I didn't have much time to eat at all, didn't get even a 10 minute break... So my question... I have 700 calories left, I'm craving mcdonalds, which I haven't had in quite a while... Would it be so bad for me to have a cheeseburger and fry?

In my opinion just keep tabs on the calories, sodium, etc. I would say it is ok to feed your cravings.0

Compromise with a kids meal!0

Go for it. You have the cals, no problems
As long as it doesn't make you crave more like it does me (not McDonalds but 'naughty' food in general) !

Of course not! Enjoy it! Its fine every now and again
But it means that tomorrow you will have even less energy, as you haven't supplied your body with enough protein and carbs to be efficient.

Log it in your food diary to see the macro. I'm pretty confident your craving will go away. The fat & sodium is soooo not worth it. Make yourself a fresh burger & dress it up any way you like at home. Be creative. You'll be proud of yourself & get more incentive. Good luck. Been there, done that, always regretted it after. Fresh is always best. Hope this helps.0

I agree, if that is what you really want then eat it! The kids meal would be a better option than the full size, you also get apples with it.0

I wouldn't do it. Keep going strong. This could trip you up.0

Go for it. Just get the regular cheeseburger, not a double, and a small fry with no drink and you'll be fine0
