I don't go by time, I go by total consumed. But if I'm hungry, I'm gonna eat.

    Me too.

I pretty much eat my entire waking hours, 6am to midnight, or later. I can never sleep if I'm hungry.

I don't limit my food by time. That being said, supper is usually (ok always) my big meal, I'm always hungriest in the evening. So I have a small breakfast and small-ish lunch, a couple of snacks to get me through the afternoon, and then eat dinner fairly early, around 6. Then I'm usually full and don't eat after that. My day starts early and ends early.

    zero to 2 hours.

I'm Fast-5 and my typical window is 5pm to 10pm but often and extended workout during that time prevents me from getting my food in. So I sometimes have to pay the chef overtime and get him to keep the kitchen open late for me. Sometimes it is a race between cooking, eating and cleaning up and falling asleep.

When you are eating excess calories, maybe it (eating late in the evening) makes a little difference or leads to you eating more during the day.

When you are running a calorie deficit then whatever works for you. I actually think that my IF plan works better. I don't overeat during the day because I eat ZERO. All day long I'm burning fat. Then in the evening my body has food for repair, to refill any over depleted reserves and for the pleasure of food.

I try to stop eating after 8. Not because of some silly magazine that doesn't have their facts right and tell you you'll lose all kinds of weight (because I know all kinds of people who eat at night and have abs) but because I hate sleeping on a full stomach.

If it's late and I'm hungry I eat (my body is smarter then my brain lol). But then I shift around all night because I can't sleep.
