So i got another scale and....

Not only did it show me 5 pounds lighter than my last scale but it went down another 3 pounds this am :noway: could this be?!? i know i put on smaller work pants that only fit under the weight of 215 and they fit .....

Hmmm, hate to disappoint you, but different scales are calibrated differently. Do you still have the old scale? If so, compare the readings. If not, I'd ignore the 5 lb. loss between scales until you can verify your weight at a gym or doctor's office where they use a mechanical scale. I'd trust the three pounds loss on the new scale and hope its not water. Good job!!0

check your scale by using 10 pound weights. I have to do it to mine all the time just to make sure it is right. Congratulations!!0

if you don't have weights you could always use a pound of flour or sugar to weigh and check the scale.0
