anyone tried this b4?

Those who want to shed extra pounds in the quickest time should definitely try the apple cider vinegar trick. Nutritionists advise you to mix 16oz tap water with 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar. Drink this beverage to ease the task of your digestive system to break down already existing fat deposits. Have only a few sips more times per day to keep your metabolism on top speed.

am really thinking of giving it a try! just wanted to see some feed back if it really worked to anyone?

I googled it..and everything I read draws the conclusion that it's mostly a scam. Only sites that SELL the vinegar say it actually works, the best the others can say is that it's 'inconclusive'

Eat less, work out more, don't put questionable things in your body :)

    Good luck

I used to drink it purely to help digestion. Have had a few drops in my water bottle since I was a youngun. It's really good for keeping you regular lol

I prefer green tea. Apple cider vinegar gives me a stomach ache and it didn't do anything to affect my weight. Green tea on the other hand stifles my appetite hugely which does have a considerable affect on my weight.

Sounds like wishful thinking to me.... I'm not convinced that drinking ANYTHING is going to magically "dissolve my fat deposits". If it was that easy we would all be thin.
But hey, it probably won't hurt you, so give it a try and tell us how it works (assuming you don't change your eating or exercise habits that is).

All i can say about that: I've been eating clean all my life. I grew up in Europe on a farm. We grew most of our veggies and fruits ourselves, we knew where our meat comes from etc. I have never had any digestive problems ever. NOT having problems with digestion is NORMAL, by the way. Spending 15-30 minutes on the toilet in one sitting (sorry to be so direct...) and needing help for digestion is NOT NORMAL.
Then I moved to the U.S. a year ago and for the first year I didn't really pay attention to what I eat. I adopted the typical American diet with lots of white bread, tons of processed food etc... And I learned that people see it as normal to have digestive problems and to need little tips and tricks. I started to see problems within a few days of the "American" diet.

Anyway, all I can say is: Eat clean! NO processed foods if possible. Get your 5 portions of fruit and veggies (minimum!) a day and your whole grains. And you won't have any problems at all. In my opinion, with a "normal" (aka healthy, clean) diet you also have "normal" digestion.

unfortunately nothing is going to really get rid of that fat except a good diet, cardio exercise, strength training, and time.

I don't use it for weight loss, but I take couple shots a day when I start feeling sick mixed with local honey. You can't use the watered down grocery crap though. Use Bragg's 'With the Mother'. It's gross, but efficient.

    Doesn't work
  • I've done it... I do 3 tbsps in a little bit of water 3 x a day. It seems to work... not the whole shebang, but a good aide. It cut my appetite as well. I added Insanity 3.5 wks ago and THAT in itself seems to be toning me up those last pesky 7 or 8 lbs.

Green tea is slightly thermogenic. Won't make a huge difference though. Vinegar is myth/scam from what I can tell.
  • I keep apple cider vinegar in my house for cleaning apples with. I think I would barf if I tried to consume it with water. I can't even handle gargling salt water when I get a soar throat.

I agree with that???????? but things like green tea and ginger and lemon tea are good for digestion.also nettle tea when I feel bloated sorts me right out ;) x
