Wake-up Smoothie

Options
This smoothie provides vitamin C, fiber, potassium and soy protein.
Serves 3. Calories 157; Total fat 2; Saturated Fat 0; Cholesterol 0; Sodium 19; Total Carbs 33;
Protein 4.

1 1/4 cups(s) orange juice (preferably calcium-fortified)
1 banana
1 1/4 cups(s) frozen berries (such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and/or strawberries)
1/2 cup low-fat silken tofu (or low-fat yogurt)
1 tablespoon (s) sugar (or Splenda)

Recipe is from a food website. Sugar content was not calculated. Orange juice can have 22g of sugar. It has a good taste.

I was surprised that the nutritional drink Boost has 22g of sugar. MFP say that I can only have 27 grams of sugar. So needless to say, I do not drink the smoothie everyday.
