    I tried one on Monday. It was great. I just recently learned about it but if you have a routine I'd love to hear it!.

    I do 20 minutes on the treadmill.
    Warm-up for 5 minutes
    jog for 1 minute at 6.5pmh
    walk for 1 minute
    run for 45-60 seconds on 7.0mph
    walk for 1 minute
    walk on an incline of 15% for 1 minute
    walk at 0% incline for 1 minute
    run for 30-45 seconds on 7.5mph
    walk for 1 minute
    run for 20-30 seconds on 8.0mph
    walk for 1 minute
    walk on an incline of 15% for 1 minute
    walk at 0% incline for 1 minute
    walk fast for 1 minute on 4.2mph
    walk for 1 minute
    sprint for 20-45 seconds on 9.0mph
    Cool down for 5 minutes.

    My routine changes, but this is what I did today. As long as your pushing your self for 1 minute every other minute or two then your good.

    Today I did and almost 4 days a week I do. I have a rough routine.

    Can't imagine staying inside for that long for any reason, so......um never.

    When was the last time....you tried to approach someone in a nice way but they took it as a mean way and got mad when that was what you were trying to avoid by trying to approach it in a nice/joking way??

    2 days ago. I wanted to avoid conflict with my best friend and she was on a touchy subject...so I let her finish and then gently and politely told her I had things under control. She got upset and made an excuse to get off the phone with me.

    Tuesday night. I went to a funeral of an ex-boyfriend of mine. He committed suicide. That's all I could think about... still having trouble thinking of anything else. Not someone that you would ever think could do something like that. I can't stop thinking about him and his family, I took a pill last night to sleep. :cry:
