Dealing with Girl's nights?

I try and plan around my going out. Eat lighter during the day, and do my workout (even if I don't want to!) so that I have the calories to spend. Try and order appetizers that are lighter on the calories, and make sure you always have a full glass of ice water...for me at least I know that half the time if I'm slurping down my beverage of choice it's because I get so friggin' thirsty all the time!
Also, watch out for mixed drinks that can harbor tons of calories, and be wary of doing shots. You'll be way better off spending more for a top shelf sipping tequila then going with the standard and downing it all in one fell swoop.
And don't beat yourself up if you overdo it once in awhile. Go easy the next day, and get your workout on! You're supposed to enjoy yourself with your girls; it's not an exercise in self-flagellation hehe0 -
