    You could do wall push-ups. For easier push-ups, approach your feet from the wall and for harder push-ups, distance your feet from the wall. I do them at work because I don't trust the salubrity of the floor in the toilet =P

    Done, did 10 sets of 10, modified on knees as part of an interval training session with squats and mummy kicks...ouch!

    Done!! 4 sets of 25 - wall. Tried girl push ups and that didn't work. But I did distance my feet from the wall each set. Glad I started somewhere. Someday, I'll do real push ups. Woohoo!!

    100 PUSH UPS!

    Great for your arms/core.

    Break them up.

    Any kind: on floor, against the wall, using a stability ball, etc.

    Post once to join the challenge and again (before midnight) when complete.


    100 Already done......Gonna do 100 more tonight :)

    This is Exactly what I do. I do some kind of exercise every time I go to the restroom and same thing....i dont trust the floors cleanliness!!! so these r perfect for me....I also turn my hands in (facing each other) I find it helps work out my "wings" more!!! lol
