Non-Fat vs Low-Fat

I've always stuck with non-fat products. I'm trying to up my calories a bit but not up the volume of what I eat. I've started switching from from the non-fat to the low-fat. I also do low carb. Has anyone had experience switching from non- to low-? Any downside? Do it slowly? I had a 2% greek yogurt this morning instead of my usual non-fat and I'm feeling a bit quesy. It appears that, at least with the yogurt, when the fat goes up so do the carbs and sugars but the protien goes down. Its not a lot but its different.
