Hello all. I just turned 30 this year, and noticed that my weight has really slipped. I reached as high as 179 pounds, way more than I want. I am hoping to try and bring it down to the 145 goal weight, but perhaps more will be healthier if it turns to muscle. I am currently on a diet focusing on lean proteins, vegetables, and a light amount of carbohydrates. I also am trying to work out 5-7 days a week, 3 times doing Strength training, which I am doing circuit training for to get my heart rate up and fat burning.
