Lunch at Olive Garden Today . . . What Can I Order?

I actually HATE Olive Garden. My cousin works there and tells hysterical stories about how much food people consume. That being said, I have a lunch meeting there today and am hoping someone can give me a good suggestion about a satisfying lunch for 400 - 500 calories.
