Ugly Butts: Eat More or Less?

<-- Skinny person, saggy butt. I do progressively heavier and heavier squats, deadlifts and lunges. Have been doing this about 2 months or so. I love it, it's so much fun! My original purpose starting was to lift my butt...It's got a problem with GRAVITY. I ended up toning my legs and losing weight and going down pants sizes. BUT my butt is still...uhm...sad. So my purpose for the thread:

For saggy square butts: is the problem the muscle or the fat, do you think? Are we to BUILD muscle and therefore eat more while lifting weights or LOSE fat and therefore eat less and do more all over cardio?

I don't know how to check someones diary, but just taking a stab in the dark I'd say "eat enough protein, squat heavier".

Maybe you should check out a lifting routine like StrongLifts or Starting Strength?

I can't guarantee that your butt wont GROW doing a strength building program like that, but it most certainly won't grow more saggy?

Sorry I couldn't be more help, I'm no personal trainer =\

I'm wondering a similar thing. I have no butt whatsoever! Even before I lost weight my butt was just.. non-existent. And as I'm getting older I'm not getting much help in the "lift" department. I have wide hips and thighs, but my butt is just straight down. Is there anything I can do to improve its perkiness? :/
