Am I doing this right?

I have been doing okay with my weight loss, but seemed to have hit a plateau. This week I have worked out everyday, with various activities such as spinning, zumba, weight training. I have been keeping my calorie intake between 1300-1500. I did not lose at all this week. Any tips?

    May have retained a lot of water with all that exercise.
