What is the best time to do a weigh in? Is it the night before you go to bed? In the morning after you wake up? Daily? Once a week?
I am part of the Scottish Slimmers and I am booked until end of September with them and I get weighed between 12nn - 12.30pm every Thursday. But I am keen to continue on without them and do a weekly weighing in every Sunday morning. So that all my weekly reports are tied in together. Do you think this is a good plan?

Any time that works for you. Just ensure that all variables remain constant.
So, same time of day, same day of the week, same amount of sodium in the previous day, same clothes or not, etc.0 -
First thing in the morning is best. Before you eat breakfast, right after you wake up.0

My official weigh ins are on cardio days after my workout. Cardio is always done fasted at 8-9am.0

My husband and I were just talking this morning about how we lose weight during the night. So, I say morning once a week. Really..my shorts were tighter last night before I changed for bed..and then when I woke up to throw them on to walk the dogs they were lose.
Also last week I jumped on the scale right before bed....and got on when I woke up and weighed two pounds lighter.. Where did it go?0 -

Yep....first thing in the morning around the same time...BEFORE you put anything in your stomach! Remove clothing before weighing0
