Hi everyone. I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Paula and I'm 41 y.o. from Massachusetts. I have started my weight loss back in late march after having pacemaker surgery and since being on a low-carb, low salt, low fat diet have lost 74 lbs, but lately have been hitting a wall so I decided I need more support and I signed up here. It seems like a great community and I hope I can give as much support as I can.

Just wanted to edit my topic to say I had pacemaker surgery NOT weight loss surgery lol.

    HI nice to meet you!!! I feel ya my name is Bre, and it seems like I lose weight and put ot back on constantly. Im trying also to stop hitting the wall and staying there.
