Numbers not adding up

**EDITED TO ADD STATS***
Hello everyone!
Looks like I am in the dreaded plateau portion of my journey. I'm down to the last 15-20 pounds, and have been stuck at the same relative weight for several months now. I wear a body media fit, and journal pretty good. I may not get every single calorie, but over the long term I am fairly accurate. I have been running the numbers, and it appears that I should be shedding weight like crazy but I'm not.

I am 6'1", 197 and 33 years old. My BMR from the sites show around 2000 calories, and almost 3000 with daily activity.
According to the numbers my BMF and MFP give me, I have been averaging a daily deficit of almost 800 calories. Yet I weigh exactly the same as I did in February. In these 6 months I have tried a split weight lifting routine, and recently P90X2. I do some running mixed in there as well, but not on a structured routine. I try to average 2300-2400 calories daily as that is what I get from most calculators. Should I try dropping down to 2000 for a few weeks, up my workouts, or both? I'm afraid that if the numbers are accurate I will create too large of a deficit and do more damage than good.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. My diary is open, so please feel free to comment on that as well.
Thanks!

Hi there - I'm no expert but I would try dropping my cals a bit. As you have less to lose now it seems a lot to be eating over 2000 per day and still expect to lose weight.......no matter how much exercise you do. I have never been a believer in eating back all the exercise cals and regularly eat approx one third of mine.0
