Exercise, exercise, exercise.

This web site is helping me so much. I have been trying for five years to get my weight down. Being on oxygen 24/7, I became a "computer potato." Then I found out that even though I can't walk much, I can do the bike at the gym. Logging in my food and exercise every day has me losing about a pound a week. I have lost a pound a week for three weeks, and I am thrilled.

I get on that bike and do my Words With Friends on my android phone. The time flies and the calories fly as well.

I have done most things others have done to get rid of the weight. I have never incorporated exercise with a diet plan though. The exercise is new to me. I was very active in Overeaters Anonymous online for about 3 years. None of the things I did caused consistent weight loss or kept the weight off. I felt like such a failure.

Though my beginning is ever so humble, I am encouraged. Finding this community is very exciting for me. I hope to get to know some of you. xoxo Sandy
