Hello. I am a 25 year old graduate student and I'd like to lose quite a bit of weight. I never get hungry or full, so my eating habits are terrible. I also love to cook, which can be both good and bad for my waistline.
The food I like best is cheese and the food I like least is hot peppers.

Welcome. You can do it! As a snack, I was going to suggest pepperjack cheese sticks (100 cal/stick), but I guess that won't work for you! :laugh:

welcome, you can do it! I too enjoy cooking. I am also a Independent consultant for the Pampered Chef, so I always have new recipes to try. I am hoping to one day own and run my own restaurant... even better for the waist line. :laugh:
Don't give up your cheese, it's good for your calcium intake, just try eating fewer amounts! and less fat, try the cheese made with 1% milk fat!0 -
