I've got great news, everyone!
Ever since I started on an all-compound free-weight exercise routine two weeks ago, I'm finally standing up straighter than I ever have before due to all of the core strengthening. My posture has become great! So great, in fact, that my lady is no longer seeing eye-to-eye with me anymore (I've got 2 inches on her, but I've always hunched over enough that you couldn't tell I was taller).
In other words: hooray, sexual dimorphism! What a great perk. It's wonderful feeling two inches bigger than I've felt all of my adult life. My new all-compound routine is much harder, but I intend to keep it up!
