I've been increasing the amount of water I'm drinking. I have never been a fan of water, but I know it's important. I've been back at the whole weight loss thing for about a month. I lost ten pounds in the first few weeks, but it seems like since I upped my water intake, the weight loss has slowed. I know that happens anyway, but I feel bloated a lot of the time. I'm wondering if the water is effecting the scale? Any insight would be appreciated.
