So MFP says I should have only 25 g of sugar a day. I can eat like what 20 grapes in a day and that's spent? Seriously?? What do most of you keep track of? I added sugar onto my diary because well I want to know..but I hate being over on sugar every day..under wwwwwwwway under on calories most every day..don't feel hungry...don't see the scale moving...and now I need to give up my grapes???

turn off the sugar if it bothers you. The number is based on "added sugars", not that this matters, to be honest if you track total carbs that's probably the main thing.0

I can't answer, I just wanted to post my shared love of grapes. I could eat those things all day if I had no calorie limit.0

I only track calories, fats, carbs and proteins - I haven't found the need to track anything else.0

I just don't track sugar for the same reason. I like fruit.0

same here. I eat 10-15 servings of fruits/veggies every day, and no added sugars. Was sick just seeing my sugar reach 100 some days.... so I don't look at it. I look at carbs, fat, protein, potassium, and sodium. And calories of course0

i don't track it either. I know at some point I will probably try to cut my sugar down, but right now if fruit is what's keeping me from eating something else sweet that's processed, I'll deal with going over my sugar.0

I to am a grape lover, try to eat them 5 times a week. I think most health care people would tell you that the added sugar is whats bad. I eat grapes watermelon and blackberries to the extreme and seem to be reaching my goal(slowly)0

thanks guys..I'm turning off the sugar! I am just now in the last couple of days pushing myself to eat more fruit.and I decided grapes were ok and afraid I was going to have to give them up already!0
