Ready for a change

It's now or never time. Growing up I was always athletic never stick thin but I was happy with myself, yet in the past 10 years my body had gotten out of control. After my son was born 6 months ago I was sitting around 233 and I was all around unhealthy. I was so embarassed about this and just wanted to believe that the baby weight would fall off on its own I kept doing what I had always done. 7 weeks ago I steped on a scale and it said 213 that was it I needed to start trying to loose this weight. I have set up a home gym and have become MFP obsessed! After 1 week of tracking and working out I lost 5lbs!!!! Now I know it isn't going to keep coming off this fast, but all I need is to keep loosing and I will be happy. I'm hoping I can find support and a good cheering section to keep my butt on track.
