MFP, new body in the works

Hi guys!
My name is Jillian and I'm new to MFP. Nothing out of the ordinary, I'm just like you guys looking to lose around 40ish pounds and get to my goal weight of 130:) I want to look for a nice "support crew" that I can lean on when things aren't going right at home, or just need an extra push from someone in my position too. All my friends are soo fit, and they have been for their whole lives, so I feel that no one gets me! I always like to think positively, but like any other human being i have my doubts. For cardio I do Zumba 4-5 times a week, and I LOVE to swim! As for strength training I feel lost! I can't go to the gym, and at my house i only have some hand weights that are 5-7 pounds. If anyone could help me out with that, it would be awesome! That pretty much sums me up! Feel free to add me, and if you support me, I will do that in return!:)
