I'm almost due for some new running shoes and was thinking of trying out some Rykas. I've heard mixed reviews though. I saw some reviews that Rykas are better for the natural shape of a woman's foot, and some that disparaged the quality of the shoe. I currently wear Nikes and they're okay. No complaint about the quality, but if there is a better shoe for me I would like to try it.
FYI: I jog about 4-10 miles a week (plus biking and weights), and I'm a underpronator (foot rotates to the outside of my feet). So, my shoes get a decent amount of wear.

Just make sure it's a stability shoe for your stride... most brands offer a variety of shoes with different degrees of stability.
I have no experience with Rykas specifically though.0
