I too have over 100lbs to lose...when I started on 4/30/2012 I had 143lbs to lose, I have lost 50 pounds. So far but still have 93-100 left to go. Feel free to add me...the more support the better! Congrats on making the decision to stick with it and good luck!0

I have 60 pounds to lose and it is a challenging time. I have found a lot of help in a book called "Eat this, not that" It changed the way I feel about food in general. I suggest giving it a try.
