turbo fire questions?

I just recently got Turbofire.. Anyone like it? I just did the 10 minute Ab one and so far I like it. :)

what would I list it as?
Do you do turbo fire with anything else? Have you had success from it?

  • I started Turbo FIre in February of this year. I started with the prep schedule because I was out of shape when I started. So far, I have lost 15 pounds of fat, have great muscle definition, and have greatly increased my cardio endurance. I am now entering into week 9 and I LOVE it. Turbo FIre is a lot of fun. I suggest that you do the prep schedule if you don't have great cardio endurance and that you take the "new to class" classes to get to know the routines. Stick with it and you won't regret it.
