I bought some the other day. What can I do with it? Would it be good on breakfast tacos?

feta gives you a nice bite, without adding too much to the recipe.

I love feta and spinach scrambled eggs.

My friend zaps feta for 10 seconds and spreads it on her toast.

feta on salad greens and dried cranberries.

I LOVE feta. You can make veggie pizza and add it, add it into pasta dishes with tomatoes! I love it on a greek salad made with baby spinach, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red wine vinegar, red onion and feta! Did you buy the reduced fat kind? It's just as yummy! I also add it to chicken with tomatoes and other seasonings ad bake it in the oven, it's good that way too!
  • Feta is great with so many things toss it with some spinach and onions in a little olive oil in a frypan for a few and then put it on a wrap or what ever you like for a nice sandwich,

I like a few cubes of feta and a couple Kalamata olives for a nice mid day snack, good for you just watch the sodium :blushing:

I love feta so much I find my self just eating it plain,

oh and it is great with tomatos too!

I think I need to pick some up tonight!.

I could work on breakfast tacos that sound realy good

I stuff chicken breasts with feta, scallions, basil, thyme, then brush the top of the breast lightly with red. cal mayo, sprinkle on some dry bread crumbs, spray the of the chicken lightly with nonstick spray, and bake for about 25 minutes at 425.

    Measurements are
    4 - 1/4 lb breasts, skinless boneless
2 oz feta (I use low fat)
    1 scallion,
    1 Tbls chopped basil
    2 teas chopped thyme
    2 sun dried tomatoes (optional)
    1/4 c dry bread crumbs
    4 teas red cal may

    Appx 284 cal, 12g total fat, 5g sat fat, 12 g carb, 5g fiber 34g protein
