Realistic support & motivation.. please?!

I'm finding myself in a situation that I don't really like.. I have had a really hard time with working out and eating right. I've explained to my followers that I was unable to get my ADD medication for a few weeks and it really made my motivation go completely downhill... However, I have finally got my medication back and I'm ready to get rid of the weight I managed to put on..

Here's another issue I'm having with MFP... I seem to have a lot of friends on here that practically "pro-ana".. Girls crying over consuming a couple hundred calories a day. It seems like everyone is cheering on each other as they fast or do these extreme diets.

Don't get me wrong.. I have some amazing friends on here that are all about being healthy and getting to their goal the healthiest way possible. I love those people.

I'm just in need of some more realistic support & motivation. I'm never going to starve myself or workout for 5 hours to work off the food I consumed....

I want to be healthy and happy. Sometimes I just need that extra push from friends.
