Hi, downloaded the app on my bb a week ago and first time on the website today. Need to lose around two and a half stone. Sound scary!
I did lose over a stone last year on SW but stopped going to groups as found them too cheesy. Hoping good old calorie counting does the trick instead!

The library is a good source of books on nutrition and exercise. Find what your body does best with, It's been two years and I have gone from 314 lbs to 201 lbs. Still trying to find what is best, but I've narrowed it down. For me I don't eat out or eat prepared foods but maybe twice a month. I try to eat as clean as possible. I go the gym 3 times a week for 2 hours, but I've worked up to that. I just know I am making lifetime changes for the better. I have bad days here and there but remind myself of where I've been and where I want to be.
You can do it. Just don't give up on yourself.0 -

Been going to the gym again this week, ooft am feeling the pain. Body combat is hardcore. Going to try body pump and alternate the two as I find myself mucking about if I just go to the gym rather than doibg grouo classes.0
