Panda Bowl Eye opener...any suggestions?

Had a craving for Orange Chicken & Chow Mein at Panda Express until I looked up the calories this morning.

Any suggestions on how to substitute this yummy 950 calorie small bowl?

    I have never been... but... Lean Cuisine does a pretty good Orange Chicken and that will be about 320.
