I Am 2 Weeks Old :-)

Hi Everyone,
I started MFP on July 24th, 2012.
My starting weight was..Ok well I knew I was overweight but, when I got on my Dr's scales That Did It!!!
I was working out every other day to The Biggest Loser Workouts and maintaining a tolerable weight although I needed to lose much more as my eating habits just stunk :ohwell: Then I hurt my foot and was diagnosed with Plantar Faciitis...OUCH!! I was then on crutches for 6 weeks so suffice to say I gained 22lbs back in 6 weeks. Ugg. I got off the crutches 4 weeks ago but still haven't seen the Specialist. That appt. is next Wednesday the 8th but, I am very careful and do the workouts. Yes I hurt afterwards and I hope Dr doesn't tell me not to do them as I am very careful not to tear the tendons anymore.
My daughter-in-law told me about this "neat new app" she was using on her smart phone. I took a look , downloaded the App and the rest is 2 week history!! In the 11 full days I have been on MFP and doing The Biggest Loser Workouts I am happy to say I have lost 14lbs!! I am beyond happy :smile: and more motivated everyday! Thank you to my Daughter-in law, Bob Harper from The Biggest Loser AND last but certainly not least MFP for making this easy, fun and so inspiring. Oh, I have also invented many new nutritious meals for me. Thanks for reading and good luck to everyone, you CAN do it :happy:
