Hi There Everyone!

I started MFP beginning of this yr at 83KG... Today I am 66KG which is 17kg GONE !! :O) (37lb for those overseas)

I have about 8KG to go and I think it's time to be working HARDER towards toning and building muscle...as well of losing these extra kg's of course!

7 months later I still have to face the challenge and temptations of snacking and continuosly bringing total awareness to how I treat my body, what Im eating- how much of it im eating etc, so I thought it's time to revisit my goals and find some extra support with those who have similar goals and/or are in the same frame of mind to help me reach the final stretch of what Ive been working so hard toward !!

If Ive learnt anything, it's how important it is TO EAT. Not to starve yourself and most importantly, eating the RIGHT amount of protein, fruit & veg etc... (if you eat 1000-1200 cals a day with no show of fruit. veg etc u wont see a difference in my opinion!)

So I'm also looking for like-minded ppl who actually eat RIGHT, and around 1200-1350 cals a day..(i dont want to be rewarded with good feedback because i was under my daily intake but it was all processed foods- actually this is where I need ur help!)

So in a nutshell, Im looking for dedicated ppl who log their food that I can learn from, and in return bring genuine constructive critisicm to my daily logging so I can make this final stretch an acheivable one.. I have 5 months left to lose 8KG and ensure my skin is nice and firm with muscle ... (well, thats the next chapter of my journey).. so look forward to having more of a support network ! I promise I will be involved with your journey too :O)

Thanks :-)
Skye

PS: I have pics of ''before/half way'' but don't want to share to the world so just ask me and I'll maybe share ;) they are very personal as I still find it hard to believe that i look as I do in the half way shots (not the befores)..this is definitely a 'psychological transition' too . .cheers.
