Someone asked a question, what to do with your hair after a workout, and I just read this in fitness magazine,
For smoother strands, skip the daily shampoo (even after a workout). Instead, lather up twice a week with a volumizing wash like Pantene Pro-V Full and Think Shampoo. These products have more oil controlling ingredients than other formulas. Wash, then repeat, using circular motions. Rinse for 60 seconds, then condition only the ends. After sweating, apply dry shampoo to roots and the nape of your neck, areas where hair gets the greasiest.

Give it a whirl. If it works, great. I would probably break out if it was me. I am a freak about showering after a workout.0
