1 1/2 week into this..... undoing 10 years of body damage

So I FINALLY decided to take responsibility for the unhealthy lifestyle I lived these last 10 years and I'm done with the pity party. I'm learning everyday of the difference between the good and bad foods. I quit the alcohol, caffeine, and sweets along with fried food. So here's to new beginnings and new friends! Happy losing!! :)

  • awesome choices you are making! I quit smoking in Feb, cutting out sugars (switched to stevia) gained 30 lbs!! how frustrating... grr, my biggest fear, but here I am, going on 6 days into this and not giving up, feel free to add me as a friend if you like, I can use all the support I can get! =)
