Saturday morning blues..

Why do I always feel so sluggish on a Saturday morning? I didn't go out last night for the first time in about 3 months and instead watched a film and got to bed about 12. Woke up about 8 after solid sleep but felt tired still so slept another 2. Still feel just as tired and sluggish ideas? Is it because I've normally had a couple of green tea's by now or dehydration or something?!

I do 3 days a week of training pretty hard at the minute but that's about it and I'm eating damn well (extremely cleanly this week especially) I'm getting in about 3000 cals a day due to me being on a bulk so I don't really understand it.
